This was by far one of the best interviewing processes I've experienced as a candidate. From the first phone screen through my acceptance of the offer the communication and professionalism by everyone I interacted with went above and beyond expectations. The process definitely took some time, there was a phone screen, video interview with hiring manager, and two on site interviews. I appreciated how thorough their process is as it gave plenty of time to digest each stage and make sure it would be a great fit on both sides. It was always clearly communicated what the next step was and when I should hear back. Itineraries were always provided for the onsite so I knew who I was meeting with and their names and titles. It was clear that the organization took the interviewing process very seriously and there was a high attention to detail while feeling friendly, engaging, and professional.
