I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at MSDF (Austin, TX) in Jun 2024
Interview
Participated in multiple rounds of phone interviews and a 4-5 hour in-person interview with 4 different panels of staff. I met with approximately 10-12 different staff members and only received positive feedback. It took more than two months to hear any update after I engaged in the half day in person interview. After asking repeatedly for an update, I finally received a standard rejection email stating they went with a more qualified candidate. Many months later, the job is still posted on the website. Be cautious about how much time and energy you invest in the interview process.
