Applied online and completed online tests. No telephone interview. Went straight to full day assessment centre involving; team exercise, interview and in-tray exercise in the morning and then debate and presentations in the afternoon. There were two assessment centre days with 20 people in each. Heard that 10 people were being hired so 1/4 chance.

Why do you think MUFJ is different from other banks?
I have an HR interview, It is a chill chatting setting for 45 mins, asking mostly behavioral questoins. The HR is friendly and willing to be transparent for the programme
The interview process was average. Questions asked were not very hard. Interviewer seems unengaged with interviewee. Interviewer did not provide opportunity for interviewee to ask questions. The whole process takes about 30 minutes.

Good straightforward interview process. Interviews were conducted in a very conversational manner. I applied for a technical role so there was a lot of technical industry-specific questions asked. There were three formal interviews for my role.
