The initial process consisted of two phone interviews- one with the team I'd be working with and the other with HR; overall the process was very straight forward, I was asked questions regarding my previous experience and how I'd adapt to the role.

Question 1
Which of your previous jobs did you enjoy most and why?
I have an HR interview, It is a chill chatting setting for 45 mins, asking mostly behavioral questoins. The HR is friendly and willing to be transparent for the programme
The interview process was average. Questions asked were not very hard. Interviewer seems unengaged with interviewee. Interviewer did not provide opportunity for interviewee to ask questions. The whole process takes about 30 minutes.

Good straightforward interview process. Interviews were conducted in a very conversational manner. I applied for a technical role so there was a lot of technical industry-specific questions asked. There were three formal interviews for my role.
