Interview
There were 2 interviews - on the first one, there was a written exam to test knowledge of securities products and ability to manually calculate accrued interest and how to manually format SWIFT messages specific to the role. Then I met with 2 people. On the second interview, I was given a laptop for a Microsoft Excel test to see if I was actually able to perform a VLookup and sort a given set of data in a certain amount of time. Then I interviewed with 5 people.

The interview process was really rigorous but interviewers were friendly. 4 rounds, with one in person in NYC. Higher management and manager were not in line with role expectations. Confusing management.

very straight interview process including with first VP and other VPs, everyone is profession and polite. it is a very great experience and I enjoyed it very much. The whole process takes about one month
Three rounds of interview: line managers, department head and HR. The interviewers and HR personnel friendly and helpful but the administrative process of formal employment contract drafting will take a while.
