Firstly I had write few application essays by creating an account on their recruitment page. Then took an online aptitude test. Math and Japanese Comprehension. Also a personality MCQ. (Everything was in Japanese). These were designed to challenge native speakers, I found them extra tough. Then a phone call in about 10 days. And then they asked me whether I would prefer a phone interview because i lived in a different prefecture. But decided to fly to Tokyo anyway, to face the interview.
