Interview
Two first round interviews over Skype. Second round was Super Day in NYC office. Super Day consisted of two thirty minute panel interviews. One interviewer was completely distracted and on his phone the majority of the interview.

Walk me through your resume and what qualifies for this position. It was mainly behavioral with basic financial questions.
I submitted my application online. Had a first round with two analyst, and a 30 minutes final round with 2 vps and 1 md, the process took about a month. Everything was done online.
scheduled my round 1 with an associate after applying online. very chill 30 min conversation, the questions are quite easy. Seems like they're quite a small team and really supportive.

Interview
The first round interview was purely a behavioral interview with a senior member of the team. Talked through past experiences, why MUFG, and standard questions about teamwork, leadership, and work ethic. It was very conversational throughout and not intense.
