The interview process had a few steps. First was the basic phone interview with the HR rep. After this, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. This interview went well and led to a video interview with 2 individuals. I felt this interview went well, too, as we went the full time discussing the role and my background. I was told then to expect to hear back on the status within the next two weeks. After the two weeks I worked to follow up on the status of the position with the HR reps I had previously been working with. When they did respond to an email or call, they'd give lip service that they'd follow up on the status, but there was never a follow-up. This was 7 months ago, and I have never even received so much as an automated rejection. For a 3-step interview process that took over a month, you'd think the least this company could offer is a simple rejection, yet this is apparently not the case.
