Low EQ: Interviewers were late but did not apologize which is a common first red flag of an interview. One of the interviewer phrase questions badly and was very obvious with their annoyance when I could not understand them the first time. Incompetent management: The challenging aspects of the job described by them were something more of a management problem but instead of solving the problem they are hoping to hire someone who can just tolerate the problem.
