I received an email invitation for my first meeting with HR. The meeting was held via Zoom and lasted approximately 15-20 minutes. It was a short introductory conversation where we discussed my background, the role, and general expectations. After the HR meeting, I was informed that there would be a second stage, a 45-minute technical interview. However, I was not invited to this stage because I was not selected to proceed with the process.
