I applied online and received an email from the recruiter to set up a phone Interview. Well, she never called me on the day of the interview. I sent her an email as a follow-up and she sent me a blanket email stating that my skills were impressive but they were no longer interested. This was really unprofessional. If anyone from the company is reading this, please get people that have better people skills and are able to keep their appointments.
