I applied to the role and received a reply from a recruiter to set up a call. I spoke with the recruiter who was really nice and I was passed to the manager/director of the role. This is where it turned a bit negative. The interviewer was nice with small talk but then I could tell they lost interest in me as a candidate before I even explained my experience. I had all the technical experience they asked for but then they started to insinuate that because I was social outside of work that I couldn't possibly have an analytical mind because analytical people aren't social. He thought I would be a better fit for a sales role. I received no follow up from the recruitment team after the call. They just ghosted me.
