Interview
There were 4 interviews throughout the process. The first one was with a person from talent and acquisition which gave you all the details of the position and went through your work experience associated with the open position. If you were moved to the next step you interviewed with the VP of the department and then 2 different team leads. The interview process gave you insight to the company, the position, and what would be expected from different points of views. This process was great in ensuring they were the right fit for me.

Outside of the usual work related questions they were interested in what interests I had outside of work. They are very big on work/life balance.
I interviewed with hiring manager, after I passed that interview, they gave me a written test to take, after passing that, I interviewed with the team lead, after I passed that, I interviewed with Director of Property Management. Over 300 applicants and I made it to the top 2. They were extremely thorough and I am hoping to have another opportunity with this company
