I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MYND (Oakland, CA) in Jan 2022
Interview
The interview process starts and ends like this: recruiter > hiring manager > case study > panel.
At first, It was great until the take-home case study. I received a no-reply email right after stating that someone else accepted the offer. I spent a few hours completing the assignment which ended up being a waste of time. The assignment indicated that it would not take long and it should mimic their day-to-day.
They didn't provide any feedback nor did they have the decency to have someone email back. It's funny because the case study didn't even relate to the role.
