There was a phone interview with Human Resources and then there was an in person interview. From the in person interview, 3 references had to be given and I was notified later about the results of the interview.

It was a group panel interview that consisted of two project managers and the senior estimator. They asked all of the basic questions and wanted to know a little about yourself. They talked about the company and their expectations for the position. The first part of the interview was a bit awkward. The interview only lasted about 25 minutes. Overall it was an average interview.
