The first interview with the hiring manager was great-- like a conversation. Then they wanted me to meet with someone who would be my peer (another manager). At the start, I was told that they would ask me questions for 25 minutes and then I'd have 5 minutes to ask my questions. This is just not cool in today's world. I thought it went ok, but they completely ghosted me. Almost 4 weeks have gone by with zero contact. AND they had reached out to me in the first place, I was not even looking.
