Applied Online through their website. I heard back within a week, and was scheduled for an in-person interview within two weeks of intially applying. The F2F interview was with a six-person hiring board, and required each applicant to prepare a ten-minute presentation before that board. Despite past experience with F2F interviews and hiring boards, the interview at MCC required a lot more prep than should be required, and the individuals on the hiring board were not the most welcoming or engaged.
