Interviewed for this team twice, once for an analyst role and the second time for an associate role. Both times, the hiring team basically ghosted after two rounds of interviews. I was told i was shortlisted for further rounds only to recieve no communication later for weeks. The HR then followed up with saying the role is on hold, subsequently two weeks later was sent a rejection email?!
