I liaised with an external recruiter who booked a first stage interview with the hiring manager, the interview lasted 45mins. It started as an introductory meeting and quickly moved on to technical questions. After the interview I was invited to complete a timed Psychometric Assessment which took 1 hour. I didn't receive any feedback whatsoever from the recruiter, or the interviewer, on the results of the interview or the assessment. I would not apply for any roles in the future with this company as I value my time.
