Thorough process. Phone screen, one on one interviews for fit and assessment test consisting of math, verbal and logic puzzles. Most interviewer have been at macquarie 10+ years. HR was more helpful than expected. Positive experience overall.

Interview
Behavioural and case questions that take around 2 hours, and require some knowledge of finance and very basic maths. Not too difficult after a bit of pracitce. Followed by a behavioural phone call where they ask you to expand on your CV, your past experiences, university, hobbies etc.

The interview is okay. Nothing too technical. However, the whole process is not very organised, it took almost 2 months. It is a rotational role, so both shanghai and Sydney office interviewed me. Two HR interviewed me and they have a lot of overlapping questions. Despite the process is a bit long. the overall experience was good. They were quite professional
