Interview
Just a very typical ER interview, which normally has two to three rounds, need to meet with direct manager and research head. I also did a model test, not very difficult if understand finanical statements well enough.
3 rounds with different analysts and S&T teams. First was with the analyst and next was with the director of research and full capital markets team. Also had to take a test after the first round interview that was more an IQ test.

Interview process included aptitude tests (eg. what image comes next in a sequence) and behavioral tests that took almost three hours. No feedback or contact whatsoever after interview process complete (three interviews and aptitude tests). Lack of follow up a concern, and unprofessional.
