Basic process, applied online. First round consisted of a phone interview with mostly competency related questions. The idea was to get to know me (tell me about yourself), run through my resume (if not covered in the previous question), what I knew about the company (info, news etc.), some scenario-based questions (risk-taking situation, team-based situation where things went haywire, coming up with new ideas), which division, position etc. Next round consisted of an assessment center with subsequent similar interviews. Rather relaxed I think, interviewers were very nice, didn't ask as many technical questions as I expected because they seemed to be looking more towards the 'fit'. Glad I got accepted, great place to work in
