I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Macy's (Tacoma, WA) in Apr 2016
Interview
I applied online and was emailed about setting up an interview. I interviewed a few days later. The interview is one on one mostly. I felt like I did a good job but then she said she was going to "bench" me because they didn't have any open positions but to please wait a few weeks because they could call. It was very annoying to hear this and even if they do call, I'll probably decline.

Interview
The first interview is on the HireVue website. I was asked 6 questions. I recorded my voice responses. Later, I was told I passed the first round via a phone call from a company that conducts the second interview process. I was asked 2 questions. The last interview is in-person.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Macy's (Orlando, FL)
Interview
Virtue first. Then, at the store. Interview questions are not hard but hiring manager/s are sketchy. They posted part time positions but when I got into the interview they said their looking for people wanting full time job. So unprofessional to take my time.
I applied online. I interviewed at Macy's (Pittsburgh, PA)
Interview
Basic interview process. Applied online and was called in for an interview about a week later. Nothing crazy or out of the ordinary. No assessments needed. I talked about 2 managers.
