I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Macy's (Elmhurst, NY) in May 2016
Interview
So basically I applied online and I got an email the next day to schedule an interview. The interview was fairly easy she asked pretty basic question and she was quite impressed with me so she went to go get someone else for a second interview and really her main concern was how I was going to manage work and going to school (because I was starting university soon) and she didn't seem too enthusiastic with the answer I gave her, but she told me they's call me within a week. The next day I got an email saying that I didm't get the job.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked me questions like : Why should we hire you? How would you mange multi-tasking? She also started a scenario with me where she was the customer and I was the helper so basically I had to act like she was a customer I was helping.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Macy's (Orlando, FL)
Interview
Virtue first. Then, at the store. Interview questions are not hard but hiring manager/s are sketchy. They posted part time positions but when I got into the interview they said their looking for people wanting full time job. So unprofessional to take my time.

Interview
Basic interview process. Applied online and was called in for an interview about a week later. Nothing crazy or out of the ordinary. No assessments needed. I talked about 2 managers.
