I went to Human Resources in the Sleepwear department. I talked to the ladies at the desk right across from the door. So, I talked to the ladies at the desk, and they weren't very friendly. They didn't smile. As I sat there and waited (and I waited about 15 minutes), a bunch of workers walked by and smiled. Then, I went with a lady around the corner in an office to interview. She asked me a few questions that I could answer. Questions like "when did you see a co worker doing some unethical" and "when in a team, and you saw someone wasn't pulling their weight, what did you do and what was the outcome". Pretty easy to answer. I made up my answers on the spot. She liked me I guess, so she offered me a full time seasonal position in housewares! She said that it was seasonal but when they give you the exit interview, they ask if you want to stay. SO that was nice. So, I went to the lady at the desk and set up a training day and orientation day.
They do training before the orientation? THat was a little weird.
