I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Macy's (Phoenix, AZ) in Aug 2016
Interview
After applying online I got an email to schedule an interview about three days later .Interview was quite easy ,I got to the store pretty early . The woman who interviewed me was nice and asked me how I was doing then went straight to the questions . Everything went good but since I couldn't work sundays i didn't get hired because working on sundays at Macy's is a must . You need to be available to work whenever they tell you and you need to have perfect attendance and be responsible or else you won't be there for long .

Interview
Virtue first. Then, at the store. Interview questions are not hard but hiring manager/s are sketchy. They posted part time positions but when I got into the interview they said their looking for people wanting full time job. So unprofessional to take my time.
