The interview process is very uniform. Situation/behavioral based interview questions (STAR method). each interview lasts for about 15 minutes. I was in and out of the store under an hour.

Easy and quick interview. I stepped into the office of the store, told them I was there for an interview, they were finishing up an interview with another potential candidate, and then moved on to me. The interview lasted about 15 minutes, and then they explained everything to me. I believe I signed the contract after the interview.

The interview was very easy, just 4 questions, the manager was so calm and kind, very fast and got the job! The problem was I had to wait like an hour but it was totally worth it!

30mins phone call interview and I get the job. It’s very easy because the interviewer just ask me basic question like how do I approach customers for sale? And give some specific examples
