Applied online, was called in for an interview, got the job. I was interviewed by a very nice woman and had a good rapport with her. We discussed my previous experience and even though I have never worked in retail I felt as though I was a good fit for the job.

Question 1
They asked me about my previous experience as a business owner who had a yoga studio with a retail component. Also asked me if I could open new accounts with Macy's by explaining the benefits.

Virtue first. Then, at the store. Interview questions are not hard but hiring manager/s are sketchy. They posted part time positions but when I got into the interview they said their looking for people wanting full time job. So unprofessional to take my time.

It was in person and lasted 20 minutes approximately. Before the int started I was asked to fill out a questionnaire. The question inclu questions about my education and prior retail sales jobs.
