Was very prompt!
The manager was very friendly, I was nervous before the interview but as I started talking, the pressure eased.
She asked about jobs experiences, computing knowledge, and customer service questions.
She complimented my outfit which was to Macy's standards.

The interview process was quite well. There were 2 rounds of interviews, both asking with both behavioral and technical questions. They are very committed to hiring employees with personality so if you should even a bit of excitement or eagerness you should be fine.
