Interview
Applied on-line for a Loss Prevention/detective position. Have quite a few years experience and was emailed quickly to make myself available for a telephone interview. Went online again and selected a day and time I would be available. Stood by phone during assigned time and did not get a call. Went back on line to schedule a new time but it wouldn't let me. Sent an email and got a short and sweet sorry and would get back to me on how to proceed. After a couple of weeks emailed them again but did not get an answer. It's been three months now.

Torture. The hiring manager was incompetent and was unable to string a complete sentence together. It was the worst interview I've had in my life. Furthermore, the hiring manager was late to the interview.

Interview
Applied for the position , 5 hours later I was invited for phone interview . Scheduled the interview for the following day. Interview was scheduled for 11 am I was ready by 10 :50 . I patiently waited for 11:00 am to arrive, no call .... 11:10 maybe they are just late . Nope no call , no email or nothing . I was never contacted by anyone. But pretty glad I thought macy's was more professional and they are not at all . Wouldn't want to work with a company that's not punctual or take there job seriously.
