Interview
Well this has been a very long & interesting day. Last week I filled out the application online (macys.com) A few days later macys sent me an email regarding setting up an interview. I chose the day that fit for me. I arrived at exactly 3pm which was my scheduled interview time. I wore a black suit, black socks, and a light pink button up under the blazer or whatever. I smiled, I shook the womans hand, and she showed me to a small closet where the interview took place. The required questions mentioned in everyone else review was what she asked. Since I looked on glassdoor these questions were familiar, which made me a little more confident. Anyway I answered these questions correctly. I know i did because i have common sense and the questions were common sense questions. The woman was okay she was'nt all sweet & chipper like everyone else mentioned in their reviews. Lucky them. After the interview she told me "good luck" and haha I knew what that meant. LOL. My availability was open, I have reliable transportation, I came nicely dressed and presentable, and I would have been a very hard worker at macys. but now when i go in I'll be sure to knock down every single coat rack in the store. LOL. just kidding. Anyway a few hours later they sent a well expected rejection email. She gave herself away when she said good luck. I should have said the same thing right back to her.
To be a little bit more descriptive.
This was in Atlanta, Ga
The lenox location.

Interview
Answer first question starting with One recorded video and then followed up with multiple recorded responses to additional questions. Pretty simple and straightforward. Dress up on the top and wear whatever on the bottom.
Was an easy phone interview that only took a couple of minutes. I was only asked maybe 3 questions at most. Questions were sales experience, job history, and what I can work
