Interview
I applied online and received an email back the next day to schedule an interview online. This was on a Wednesday and the next available interview was Monday. I came dressed in black slacks, a nice top, and a black blazer jacket over it. They like mature and professional. I maybe waited 5 mins at the most, and then met the interviewer and followed her into a small office space. It was one on one. She started asking me normal interview questions, and seemed to nod at answers she liked. Be very polite and smile a lot. She was writing down each answer as notes, and had a list of interview questions. For seasonal they want someone with a lot of availability, so be honest about it. After all the questions she told me they had an opening for fitting rooms, but she thought my strengths would be in sales. She offered me a choice between the shoe department, which is hourly + commission, and the fitting rooms. Knowing it was my first job, I went with fitting rooms because she said the shoe department is high stress and I'd have to fulfill a quota of selling shoes. I got scheduled for an 8 hr training the next week and a 4 hr orientation.
I did a walk-in job interview during the hiring job fair. I applied for the job on their computer kiosk. Then they put me in for an interview on the same day.

Interview
Answer first question starting with One recorded video and then followed up with multiple recorded responses to additional questions. Pretty simple and straightforward. Dress up on the top and wear whatever on the bottom.
Was an easy phone interview that only took a couple of minutes. I was only asked maybe 3 questions at most. Questions were sales experience, job history, and what I can work
