I applied for the job online and later picked a date for my interview. I waited for about 30 minutes and then a lady called me into a separate room to conduct the interview. They asked about a time when I someone I knew or worked with did something wrong and how did I react, they also asked how I would sell a Macy's card. A majority of the questions they ask you can be found on other reviews on this site. After the interview was over I was asked what department I would like to work in and then was told that they would email me to say if I was hired or not. I am still waiting on the email, hopefully it comes soon.

Question 1
I was asked how I sold a product to a customer in the past - specifically how did I cater to their needs and wants.
Was interviewed for a seasonal position. Was told they have no seasonal positions, once they found out I was a college student. Made no sense to me quickly ended the interview.
The interview process was straightforward and fairly quick. It started with a phone interview from a recruiter or hiring representative who asked general questions about my background, availability, and interest in the role. The tone was professional but conversational, and the interviewer focused on making sure I could handle a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
I had one interview with the store manager and it lasted for about 45 minutes. The interview was all standard behavioral questions. I was offered the job on the spot.
