A) Macy's is a highly reputed and ever growing company. there is no doubt that you have a wide collection of well known merchandise in different dpt and the most important reason is becoz people have relationship with macy's long before they are even their customers. They might have gone there as a child to get their picture taken with Santa, marveled at Macy’s Fourth of the July fireworks, or enjoyed the parade well before they were old enough to even think about shopping and that makes me want to be a part of “magic of Macy’s. 2) How would you help the customer celebrate their purchase (flatter them) 3) How would you sell our card A) sometimes people are in a hurry after shopping, so I would be sure to tell them that it's a very quick process.
