I got an interview email the day I applied for the position. I went in for an interview the next day with the manager. I was shocked at how dirty the offices were, stained carpet, dirty walls, just plain gross. The interview took about 20 minutes, she asked me questions on how I would make a sale on certain items. How I would have the customers get a Macy's credit card. What I would do so customers come back to me, etc. After that we talked about my schedule, I couldn't work Friday nights and Sundays. That was a big problem for them, I eventually agreed to work on Sundays. I received an email the next day stating I didn't get the postion because of my schedule availability. Pretty much you have to have your whole schedule completely open to work here. I wasn't disappointed for I was kind of turned of by the company when I went in for my interview.
