Interview
The manger that interviewed me was very friendly. He started by letting me know how important it was to have someone work the weekends. Their busiest time is Friday night through Sunday. I could work Friday night and Sat but not Sun. He continued with the interview. The questions posted were exactly the questions listed here - there was only one addition - he asked how I felt about working with sales goals. (this was a commission position in sales) . I expressed how important goals are in any aspect of life and that I would be fine with sales goals. It is a target to reach and surpass.
He really liked all of my answers and said he would hire me on the spot. But, they had no openings. He said he was going to keep my name and enter as a strong candidate for future openings. I then received an email confirming that.

Was interviewed for a seasonal position. Was told they have no seasonal positions, once they found out I was a college student. Made no sense to me quickly ended the interview.
The interview process was straightforward and fairly quick. It started with a phone interview from a recruiter or hiring representative who asked general questions about my background, availability, and interest in the role. The tone was professional but conversational, and the interviewer focused on making sure I could handle a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
I had one interview with the store manager and it lasted for about 45 minutes. The interview was all standard behavioral questions. I was offered the job on the spot.
