I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Macy's (New York, NY)
Interview
Phone interview with HR then one on one interview with manager and VP. The interview was very laid back on the phone with HR, the one on one wasn't stressful, they didn't ask many questions, which might have been a red flag.

Question 1
Nothing out of the ordinary. They didn't tend to ask too much, let you talk more and wanted to know more about what you did and what you wanted to do and accomplish within the company/department.
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Macy's (New York, NY) in Nov 2016
Interview
Spoke to the recruiter, who was very nice on the phone. Came in for an in person interview a week later where I met the recruiter, two managers, and a VP. The recruiter told me they would let me know beginning of next week if I received the job or not. It's now been over a month and no answer. I have followed up three times in email but still no response.
Other than that the actual interview went well minus there being a little confusion in time scheduling between the department. Everyone was very nice. Just wish they had the decency to give me an answer.
