I applied and did a personality /job scenario quiz. Around 3 days later a received an email telling me that I qualified for an interview . I picked a day and time out of the days they gave me. During the interview a woman whom I assume was the head of the juniors dept. interviewed me asking questions like why I wanted to work at Macy's, tell me a time you had a problem with someone and how you solved it, what kind a sales experience do you have, hours available etc. The lady who interviewed me was very nice and we talked a little after the interview. Even though I didn't get the job I don't really feel bad because it gave me a good experience and now I have a second interview for wawa :)

Tell me about your sales experience? It was only hard because this would have been my first job and I didn't have much retail experience.

Answer first question starting with One recorded video and then followed up with multiple recorded responses to additional questions. Pretty simple and straightforward. Dress up on the top and wear whatever on the bottom.
Was an easy phone interview that only took a couple of minutes. I was only asked maybe 3 questions at most. Questions were sales experience, job history, and what I can work
