Macy's came to the university's career fair and held an information session for those who applied. The employees were very laidback, personable, and energetic. After talking to one, he sent my information to another colleague hiring for a differing program at Macy's. I had a 30 min. phone interview. They will take 5 weeks to get back to me. He was very stern about hiring only analytical business majors.
