found the job through job postings and hiring now sites. applied, and received an email to make an appointment for an interview for the next day, along with sketchy directions to the associates office.
I had to wait for another interview to be over before I could have mine, but once I got into the interview it only lasted maybe 10-15 minutes. In which the hiring employee read from a sheet of paper and wrote down my answers. All of the questions were ones that are mentioned by others on this site. I wasn't feeling too confident, and this was my first face to face interview ever. The employees were also interviewing someone before me who had already worked for the company, so I think that's the reason I wasn't offered a job.
I felt uneasy about my surroundings and the people. I kind of felt like they didn't really want me there. all in all, it was a good experience for me to get an uncomfortable interview under my wing. haha

Have you ever had to go up to a stranger and sell a product? What did you do and what did you say?
Was interviewed for a seasonal position. Was told they have no seasonal positions, once they found out I was a college student. Made no sense to me quickly ended the interview.
The interview process was straightforward and fairly quick. It started with a phone interview from a recruiter or hiring representative who asked general questions about my background, availability, and interest in the role. The tone was professional but conversational, and the interviewer focused on making sure I could handle a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
I had one interview with the store manager and it lasted for about 45 minutes. The interview was all standard behavioral questions. I was offered the job on the spot.
