I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Macy's (Cerritos, CA) in Jan 2013
Interview
Applied online on a Thursday, got an email asking to set up an interview the next day. Went in on a Tuesday (earliest available) and waited for a while. The manager was having a busy day downstairs so she was a bit late. She was super friendly and very understanding. She asked me all sales-related questions, and she wrote down my responses/rated them. At the end of the interview, she told me that the position I applied for had opened on Sunday and she filled it on Monday, but she was still interested in hiring me when something else opened up. She gave me her card, I emailed her, and emailed me back a couple months later when a position opened up. Sadly I no longer had full availability, but I definitely appreciated her enthusiasm.

Question 1
If I remember correctly, she asked me how I would boost my personal clientele base. I don't quite remember my answer.
Very unorganized interview process, by the time they got back to me I already accepted another offer. I don’t even think they knew I was suppose to have an interview that day. Confusion from start to finish
