I applied for the job online through their website. Five days later I received a message from a recruiter to call her to schedule a phone interview. I returned the call and left a message but she didn't call me back until about a week later. She asked if I was available to conduct the interview right then and it lasted about 30 minutes. The questions were typical interview questions, nothing difficult. At the end of the interview, I was offered the position pending the background check.
