Passed 2 interviews to get the job - one with Macy's HR and also one with a specific cosmetic brand I am working for. First interview was pretty standard, just overall questions like why did I choose the company, what experience do I have, whether I will be able to work nights and weekends, etc. Second interview was more about personality - this one was the one where you honestly supposed to tell the truth, because you never know what personal qualities they are looking for and they can just catch you if you pretend to say something you don't actually think. There are no right or wrong answers and the results are always unexpected.

Have you ever had to make some unpopular decision to assist the customer in the past?
Was interviewed for a seasonal position. Was told they have no seasonal positions, once they found out I was a college student. Made no sense to me quickly ended the interview.
The interview process was straightforward and fairly quick. It started with a phone interview from a recruiter or hiring representative who asked general questions about my background, availability, and interest in the role. The tone was professional but conversational, and the interviewer focused on making sure I could handle a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
I had one interview with the store manager and it lasted for about 45 minutes. The interview was all standard behavioral questions. I was offered the job on the spot.
