I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Macy's (Del Amo, CA) in Sep 2014
Interview
I applied online Saturday, Monday I received email from HR for offer for interview.
Interview was very pleasant experience. Came prepared. Had all those expected questions(7-8), like: why Macy,s, your experience when you had to sell something to a stranger, what what you do If you see your coworker do something unlowful, your availability, did I have experience in retail, have I ever witnesed cowerker steel something, my use of tehnology, sorry dont remember the rest.
I dressed all in black and look really profesional. That helped, plus you feel more confident :). Got offer for seasonal. IT was Saturday and they probably had interviews ALL week, so I've been told there is no part time position availability any more
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Macy's (Orlando, FL)
Interview
Virtue first. Then, at the store. Interview questions are not hard but hiring manager/s are sketchy. They posted part time positions but when I got into the interview they said their looking for people wanting full time job. So unprofessional to take my time.
I applied online. I interviewed at Macy's (Pittsburgh, PA)
Interview
Basic interview process. Applied online and was called in for an interview about a week later. Nothing crazy or out of the ordinary. No assessments needed. I talked about 2 managers.
