The interview process was great. I applied online and within a week I was contacted to schedule an interview. I've never worked in retail so I was worried, but the woman who interviewed me was laid back and down-to-earth. After about 10 typical interview questions, I was hired on the spot and filled out paperwork and scheduled a training day.

Virtue first. Then, at the store. Interview questions are not hard but hiring manager/s are sketchy. They posted part time positions but when I got into the interview they said their looking for people wanting full time job. So unprofessional to take my time.

It was in person and lasted 20 minutes approximately. Before the int started I was asked to fill out a questionnaire. The question inclu questions about my education and prior retail sales jobs.
