Store Manager called me on a very next day after I applied. The interview was in couple of days later. It was nice, but a very formal interview with set of questions and I feel like we are going just through motion because they already set for the internal candidate. It dos make sense to me, but in this case why the waist each other time?

Great approach, very nice and personable. Questionnaire was used, but it was actually relaxing and fun. I appreciated the friendliness. It was a lot about experience, customer service and why you would like to work for Macy;s.

Very casual if you're being interviewed inhouse. It was more or a less do u want the position or not question. After saying yes it was basically a formality at that point.
