The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Macy's (Chicago, IL) in Jun 2015
Interview
It was really simple. The interviewer had a packet with about 10 questions that she asked, all situational based, and she wrote down my answers. She asked about my availability, and I was hired on the spot. They only had 3 positions available and one was for only 3-8 work hours a week. Luckily we found a position with more hours. Be prepared for them to possibly tell you that they don't have any actual positions at the moment.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Macy's (Orlando, FL)
Interview
Virtue first. Then, at the store. Interview questions are not hard but hiring manager/s are sketchy. They posted part time positions but when I got into the interview they said their looking for people wanting full time job. So unprofessional to take my time.

Interview
Basic interview process. Applied online and was called in for an interview about a week later. Nothing crazy or out of the ordinary. No assessments needed. I talked about 2 managers.
