Filled out online questionnaire, that qualified me to come in for interview, set up also through computer I believe. Mine was the first interview of the day and the receptionist showed up about 15 minutes late, then had to wait another half hour before someone showed up to interview. Was interviewed by one of the department managers. Questions were about what I would say to the customer while completing a sale, retail experience.
Phone screen with recruiter, interview with hiring manager, panel with two members of the team. This was followed by an offer via phone from the recruiter. Very present and easy to follow
Very thorough but mostly digital and on a computer software. You get a set of questions on how you would deal with certain situations concerning customers and also safety concerns.

The interview process was very technically advance. The question was in a recorded video, and I answered my answer in a recorded video as well. I answered 4 questions in the recorded video, and I heard from them about a week later.
