Applied online at MSG's career website and an HR rep contacted me about a month later. The HR rep did a basic screening and then we set up a phone interview for the department that best fit my abilities. The phone interview as basic and asked me to go through my resume. I was then contacted by HR less than a week later with a job offer.

The interview went very well - however, I did not hear back with my decline from the program for months, and only after I began reaching out again to the hiring managers for further word. This was after my interviewer very casually mentioned multiple times that I would be going on to the next round. Very weird process, and did not feel as professional as it could have.
