Magellan Aerospace interview questions

The interview process was short, roughly 15 minutes. Asked some simple questions about what experiences I have, and what I am capable of doing. Ask for some information about my work history and my background. It was a contractor position and I had a friend who referred me to the position so the interview wasn't too rough. Almost as if I was hired even before the interview. Just needed to confirm that I was capable of performing the task.

The interview process started off with a phone interview and moved on to a face to face panel interview. They asked mostly standard questions such as explaining what you did at your previous job or what the most difficult aspect was. There were some behaviour questions regarding interacting with senior members.
